Work continues through the night

SUNDAY, AUG. 17, 2 A.M. - Work continues through the night as we try to keep pace with the demanding schedule. By early Sunday morning the slab will be finished so framing can begin. We will have set rebar, install electric in slab, plumb slab, termite treatment and dig underground trench for electrical sewer and water.

I was there during the 6p.m. shift. It was a pleasure to help be a part of helping this family in need. It is amazing to see how fast the progress is being made. I hope to go back and help 1 more night.

That’s me at the relief tent! This was such an awesome experience to be a part of. I don’t know the family, but they sound like such a deserving family. My heart goes out to Job, but it really sounds like he is a very determined little boy. Thanks Woodhaven for taking this project on!
